Single Outcome Agreement (SOA)
We learnt a great deal from the 2008-2009 SOA and have now developed an improved three year SOA for 2009-2012.
Even though this agreement is for three years we will show you how we are performing each year. Data for the year 2009-2010 is currently being collected.
