The DAAT is the community planning partnership structure dealing with issues relating to the use of drugs and alcohol.

Introduction to the DAAT

Angus Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) has representatives from the local authority, (Social Work, Chief Executives, Education) Tayside Police, NHS Tayside, the Chairs of the Drugs Steering Group and the Alcohol Steering Group. The DAAT has the role of co-ordinating responses to drug and alcohol issues and is responsible for developing and implementing the action plans for drugs and for alcohol.
