Single Outcome Agreement Implementation Group: Role and Remit
As part of the Angus Community Planning Partnership, the Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) Implementation Group will consider, monitor and influence the performance of all eight thematic partnership groups in the delivery of the SOA for Angus.
Role
The role of the SOA Implementation Group is to monitor the strategic development and performance management arrangements of the five thematic partnerships to deliver the SOA for Angus on behalf of the Angus Community Planning Partnership. The five thematic partnerships comprise:
- Economic Development Partnership
- Children's and Learning Partnership
- Community Care & Health Partnership
- Community Safety Partnership
- Rural and Environment Partnership
Remit
- To monitor and review the work of the thematic partnership groups on a regular basis
- To challenge performance in relation to the delivery of the SOA for Angus
- To drive and support progress against stated targets
- To identify unintended consequences from actions taken by one thematic group on another and consider the implications of these
- To consider and facilitate resource issues
- To report to the Angus Community Planning Partnership on a six monthly basis
